Each house has a private veranda, while the wonderful swimming pool, the 6-person hot tub, and the solarium are shared. Villa Phoenix has a spacious double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a double and a single bed. The Alexandrae apartment has two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple, and a large kitchen/living room. The Ravanea apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. It's a charming attic. Kenzia Apartment is on the basement level and has a large kitchen/living room, a beautiful large bathroom and two double bedrooms.
